Firstly, I would need to come and see you to discuss the project you have in mind. My initial consultation is completely free of charge (inside the M25). I will then write to you detailing my fees and terms of business.

· prepare colour schemes, to include fabrics, wallpapers, carpets, trimmings,
bathroom fittings, lighting, furniture etc

· contact the necessary workmen and instruct them to provide estimates as required

· give you a written estimate to supply all the materials that we choose together

· liaise with builders and architects

· provide furniture and electrical layouts where necessary

· take you to view suitable furniture

· take time out with you to choose lamps, rugs, cushions, throws and all the other
important finishing touches
